At sale365.co, we welcome fashion brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, and resellers to join our growing e-commerce marketplace. This Seller Registration Policy outlines the eligibility requirements, documentation, and process for onboarding sellers on our platform.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a seller on sale365.co, applicants must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, or Private Limited)
  • Possess a valid GSTIN and PAN number
  • Operate within the fashion segment, including clothing, footwear, accessories, and bags
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations governing e-commerce and fashion retail in India

2. Required Documentation

Sellers must upload the following documents at the time of registration:

  • Business Registration Certificate
  • Valid GST Registration Certificate
  • PAN Card (of the business or owner)
  • Bank Account Details (Cancelled cheque or recent bank statement)
  • Authorized Signatory’s ID Proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License)
  • Product Catalog or Samples (if requested for review)

3. Registration Process

  • Step 1: Sign Up – Visit www.sale365.co and click on “Sell with Us”
  • Step 2: Form Submission – Fill out the registration form with accurate business and contact details
  • Step 3: Document Upload – Upload all mandatory documents in the required format
  • Step 4: Verification – Our internal team will verify the provided information within 3 to 5 business days
  • Step 5: Approval – Upon successful verification, sellers will receive access to the Seller Dashboard to begin product listings

4. Seller Onboarding

Once approved:

  • Sellers will receive onboarding support, including guides and platform instructions
  • An account manager may be assigned, depending on the seller’s business category and volume
  • Sellers must adhere to sale365.co’s product listing standards, image guidelines, and fair pricing practices

5. Prohibited Listings

Sellers are not permitted to list:

  • Products outside the fashion category (e.g., electronics, home appliances, groceries)
  • Counterfeit, duplicate, or replica products
  • Items that infringe on intellectual property or trademark rights
  • Restricted or banned items under Indian law

6. Commission and Fees

  • sale365.co charges a commission on each successful order; the exact rate depends on the product category and seller classification
  • Commission structure will be shared post-verification and onboarding
  • Currently, no registration or setup fee is applicable for sellers

7. Seller Obligations

All registered sellers are expected to:

  • Ensure authenticity, quality, and legality of listed products
  • Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and stock availability
  • Dispatch orders promptly and follow committed delivery timelines
  • Address customer queries or issues within 24 hours
  • Comply with platform policies on returns, refunds, and cancellations

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Seller accounts may face suspension or termination for:

  • Repeated customer complaints or substandard service
  • Violation of listing guidelines or prohibited product rules
  • Delays in shipping or excessive return rates
  • Submission of misleading or false documentation
