Mandatory Documents

All sellers must upload the following documents clearly during the onboarding process:

  1. Business Registration Proof
    • For Sole Proprietors: Aadhaar Card and PAN Card of the owner
    • For Partnership, LLP, or Private Limited Companies: Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed
  2. GST Registration Certificate
    • Must be valid and active
    • Should clearly mention the business name and address
  3. PAN Card
    • PAN card of the business entity or the individual owner (in the case of sole proprietorship)
  4. Bank Account Details
    • Cancelled cheque or a recent bank statement
    • Document must show account holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code
  5. Address Proof
    • Utility bill, rent agreement, or any government-issued document reflecting the business premises address
  6. Authorized Signatory ID Proof
    • Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License of the person managing the seller account
  7. Product Portfolio or Catalog (optional for initial review)
    • Images, brochures, or a simple product catalog to evaluate quality and category alignment

Optional Documents (Recommended)

  1. Trademark Certificate
    • Recommended for sellers dealing in branded products
  2. FSSAI License
    • Applicable only for fashion-related cosmetic products like skincare or personal care items
  3. Import/Export Code (IEC)
    • Required for sellers interested in international shipping

Important Guidelines

  • All documents must be uploaded in clearly readable PDF or JPEG format
  • The business name and address must be consistent across all documents
  • Submission of incorrect or false information may result in rejection or suspension of the seller account
