This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures and responsibilities for the packing, shipping, and delivery of orders on sale365.co. All sellers must comply with this policy to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of fashion and other consumer products.
2. Shipping Models
sale365.co supports the following shipping models:
a. Platform-Managed Shipping
- Logistics are handled by sale365.co or its authorized courier partners.
- Pickup is arranged from the seller’s registered address.
- Tracking details are updated automatically on the platform.
b. Seller-Self Shipping
- Sellers may opt to handle shipping through approved courier partners.
- Tracking details must be uploaded within 24 hours of dispatch.
- sale365.co reserves the right to audit these practices to ensure adherence to service standards.
3. Shipping Timelines
- All orders must be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Sellers must promptly update tracking and shipment status in the seller dashboard.
- Repeated delays may result in penalties, order cancellation, or account suspension.
4. Packaging Guidelines
- Sellers must ensure products are packed securely, cleanly, and in tamper-proof packaging.
- Packaging must be suitable for the nature of goods being shipped.
- Branding must adhere to sale365.co’s packaging guidelines shared during onboarding.
5. Shipping Charges
- Platform-Managed Shipping: Charges are predefined and deducted during order settlement.
- Self Shipping: Sellers bear the cost and must not charge customers beyond the agreed rates.
- Additional delivery charges not shown at checkout are strictly prohibited.
6. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery is expected within 3 to 7 business days, based on the delivery location.
- Sellers must ensure timely dispatch to prevent returns and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Non-Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or unavailability are marked as RTO.
- For platform-managed shipping, RTO items are returned to the original pickup location.
- In such cases, sellers may bear the cost for both forward and return shipping.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- For platform-managed shipments, report any lost or damaged orders within 5 days of shipment update.
- In self-shipping cases, the seller is fully responsible for handling courier disputes.
- Any reimbursement will be subject to review under sale365.co’s claims policy.
9. Returns and Reverse Pickup
- Returns initiated by customers are managed according to the original shipping model.
- Returned items must be checked for wear, damage, or usage before refunds are processed.
- Sellers must support return logistics to ensure timely resolution and refund credit.
10. Compliance and Penalties
Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
- Delay in payments
- Performance penalties
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
