Order Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

a. By Customer (Before Dispatch)
Customers can cancel their order before it is marked as “Shipped” by logging into their Sale365 account.
Once an order is marked “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery, as per our Return Policy.

b. By sale365 or Seller
An order may be cancelled by sale365 or the seller due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Invalid shipping address
  • Payment failure or issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Customers will be notified via SMS or email in case of such cancellations.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

You can request a return and refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

4. Return Process

  1. Log in to your sale365 account and go to the My Orders section
  2. Select the item and submit a return request with valid reasons and images, if applicable
  3. Our team will review the request and arrange reverse pickup (wherever applicable), or provide self-shipping instructions
  4. Upon receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after quality check and approval.

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.)
  • COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT/IMPS (bank details required)

6. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after returning the original item.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank/payment account
  • Contact your payment service provider
  • Still unresolved? Email us with your order details

8. Policy Exceptions

sale365 reserves the right to decline cancellation or return in cases of:

  • Abuse of return policy
  • Frequent high-value item returns
  • Items failing quality check
