1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, not as described, or wrongly delivered
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items
All fashion products for men and women sold on SALE365 are returnable unless otherwise specified on the product page. Items specifically marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” cannot be returned.

3. Return Process
a. Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your SALE365 account and go to “My Orders”
  • Select the product and click on “Return”
  • Choose the reason for return and submit the request

b. Pickup & Verification

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup if your area is serviceable
  • In case reverse pickup is not available, self-shipping instructions will be shared
  • Returned products undergo a quality check before refund or replacement is initiated

c. Refund or Replacement

  • Once the return is verified and approved, you will receive a refund or may opt for a replacement

4. Warranty Policy
SALE365 offers fashion products that typically do not include manufacturer warranties. Any product-specific issues such as damages or defects on delivery can be addressed through our return process.

5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after successful return verification

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer (details required)

6. Important Notes

  • Returns will be rejected if the item is found used, washed, or without original packaging and tags
  • SALE365 reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of repeated return abuse
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice
